Vehicle Listings
MARQEN reserves the right to review, approve, reject, edit, pause or remove listings at its discretion to maintain marketplace quality. Listing information is provided by sellers or dealers and may be assisted by MARQEN presentation processes.
Seller Responsibilities
Sellers are responsible for ensuring vehicle information, ownership details, pricing, photographs, condition descriptions, odometer readings and contact details are accurate, current and not misleading. Sellers must have the right to offer the vehicle for sale.
Buyer Responsibilities
Buyers should independently verify all vehicle information before purchase, including condition, history, finance status, registration, title, odometer, service records and any statutory requirements. Information on MARQEN is believed to be accurate but should not replace independent inspection or professional advice.
Hire Enquiries
Hire vehicles displayed on MARQEN are curated fleet or partner vehicles. Availability, rates, eligibility, licence requirements, bonds, included kilometres and conditions may vary and must be confirmed before booking. MARQEN does not guarantee availability.
Finance Referrals
Finance enquiries may be referred to third-party finance specialists or brokers. MARQEN is not a lender, does not provide credit, does not guarantee approval, and does not make credit decisions. Finance is subject to individual circumstances and lender assessment.
Sourcing Enquiries
Vehicle sourcing requests help MARQEN understand what a buyer is looking for. MARQEN does not guarantee that a suitable vehicle will be found, available or secured.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MARQEN is not liable for loss arising from reliance on listing information, vehicle condition, seller conduct, buyer conduct, third-party services, hire arrangements, finance referrals or interrupted website access.
Intellectual Property
MARQEN branding, website design, text, interface elements and content are owned by or licensed to MARQEN. You must not copy, reproduce or commercially exploit MARQEN materials without written permission.
Privacy
Personal information submitted through MARQEN is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By submitting information, you consent to MARQEN using it to respond to your enquiry or provide the requested marketplace service.
Governing Law
